One of the most commonly used types of diverter valves are drum valves. They consist of a circular case and, inside, a rotating circular ‘drum’ to direct, by means of a pneumatic control, the product into the required line. Sealing is ensured by inflatable seals. They are characterised by extreme cleanliness in order to minimise contamination.
