Fluidised Cone Extractors

Air-Tec System manufactures air extraction systems for emptying silos and hoppers.
The fluidising rings, created by the installation of vibraflow, generate an air blade that cuts the points where the material rests on the cone of the silos or hopper to make its passage homogenous. After emptying, the slight vibration of the device ensures the self-cleaning effect. The fluidising rings are used depending on the geometries of the hopper and the product to be handled.
Vibraflow ensures better performance with an intermittent supply of air, which is why the fluidisation kit is complete with electro valves, pressure regulator, manual control valves, and electronic control boards.
When the device is at rest, but submerged in the material inside the container, the mass of the material itself and the elasticity of the rubber cone keep the vibraflow adherent to the wall, preventing the infiltration of material into the compressed air supply line.
