Based on product characteristics, Air-Tec System provides appropriately sized devices by choosing the most suitable filter elements for the specific application

THEY ARE AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING VERSIONS:
  • carbon steel;
  • stainless steel AISI 304;
  • stainless steel AISI 316;
  • with food-grade finishes;
  • for high temperatures;
  • for ATEX environments.

Air-Tec System standards include a complete range of both bag and cartridge filters, with filter surfaces ranging from 1 m² to 130 m² for atmospheric or vacuum applications.
Each filter is equipped with a compressed air storage tank, and air-jet cleaning valves in a number proportional to the number of bags installed.

The cleaning system is controlled by an electronic board that sequences the succession of sleeve groups to be cleaned, as well as the cleaning intensity.
Cleaning and disassembly the filter bags is particularly facilitated by the presence of a clamp or inspection hatch.
