Our dense-phase pneumatic conveying systems ensure a high level of
efficiency when transporting the highly abrasive materials used in glassworks. The conveying of glass powder, glass grains, silica sand, quartz, and other raw materials takes place inside closed pipes in which the material flows smoothly and remains
intact up to its destination due to the use of a low speed and a small amount of compressed air.
The use of a very low speed combined with the use of cast iron curves preserves the pipes and protects them from deterioration due to the abrasiveness of the material, resulting in
lower maintenance costs. In addition, our
cutting-edge proprietary technology preserves all the properties of product mixtures even over long distances.
