Vacuum pneumatic conveying systems are the simplest and most common systems. Thanks to the vacuum at the beginning of the pipe, they allow for easy gripping of the product.
Pneumatic vacuum conveying can be used with both granules and powders. Filling the line normally requires a dosing device such as an auger or rotary valve, but in the case of flowable products, a simple pick-up lance inserted directly into the product can be used.
SOME APPLICATIONS:
- Pneumatic conveying in vacuum mode is particularly suitable when it is necessary to take products from several sources and convey them to a single destination.
- Vacuum pneumatic conveying is suitable for low to medium flow rates (<4-5 ton/h) and not very long distances (< 60-80 m).
