In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679), we have updated our protection of personal data policy and our privacy policy report.
This section describes how we manage personal data. Consultation of this website may involve personal data management that may determine identification of a physical person.

METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING AND CATEGORIES OF ADDRESSES OF PERSONAL DATA

The processing may take place with or without the aid of electronic or automated for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected (paragraph “Types of data collected” of this Privacy Policy).

Specific security measures will be observed to prevent data loss, illegal or improper use, and unauthorized access. Treatments related to web services of this website can be handled only by authorized personnel, or external personnel for occasional maintaining operations (administrative, commercial, marketing or legal staff or web masters)

Personal data can be communicated to third parties qualified as external managers of the treatment, exclusively for activities related to the purposes set out in the privacy policy (technical services providers, hosting providers, IT companies). The complete list of the external managers of the treatment can be requested to the Data Controller Air-Tec System S.r.l. (see the paragraphs “Data controller” and “Rights of the interested parties”).

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Browsing data

The computer systems dedicated to the operation of the website acquire, during the course of normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected for the purpose of being associated with identified parties, but which by their very nature could allow the identification of users, by means of processing and matching with information held by third parties. This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the website, the identifiers (URIs) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.), and other parameters in relation to the user’s IT environment and operating system.
These data are used only to track the traffic generated by the website, to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website, and to check that it is operating correctly. Such data could also be used for the investigation of computer crimes, exclusively upon request by judicial authorities and in compliance with applicable laws.

Data provided by the user (on request for contact via email)

For the consultation of the website it is not required any transfer of personal data by the user.

Sending e-mails to the addresses indicated on our websites results in the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary in order to reply to the requests, and any other personal data included in the e-mail or attached to it. The aforementioned personal data are processed exclusively for the purpose of replying to requests for information, and may be disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose.
For the processing of data for these purposes you do not need your consent as the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which you are a part or to carry out pre-contractual measures taken on your request (article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the Regulation), as well as, where applicable, to fulfill a legal obligation (article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the Regulation).
The processing of data will occur with appropriate tools to protect the confidentiality and security of your data in compliance with the privacy legislation in force.
Air-Tec System does not provide services to minors under the age of 14, and does not store minors’ personal data.
For the processing of data for further purposes, these data are stored for the time strictly necessary to provide the requested information to the user and are deleted within six months, except for
further conservation obligations required by law.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

Data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data with us; to know the content, purpose, and method of processing of such data; to verify their accuracy and request that they be updated or corrected; to withdraw consent; to ask for data portability; and to limit the treatment. They may also request that such data be deleted or suspended.

To exercise these rights you may contact the data controller by e-mail at airtec@airtec.it. The requests will be satisfied at no cost to the user and processed by the Data Controller as soon as possible and, in any case, within one month.

Data subjects have the right to make a complaint to the supervisory authority.

MODIFICATIONS TO PRIVACY

The eventual entry into force of further implementation and / or sector regulations, as well as the constant updating and expansion of the services offered to the user, could entail the need to change the methods for processing personal data of users. It is therefore possible that our privacy policy will change over time.
It is understood that any update will be promptly communicated through the ways deemed most appropriate by the Data Controller and, firstly, by updating this web page (the date of the last revision appears on the footer).

If the modifications concern treatments whose legal basis is consent, the Data Controller will collect the consent of the User, if necessary.
