The GOLGASOR (GGS) is a small, reliable and robust conveyor that allows the transport of powder and granules in dense phase for distances of up to 20 metres and flow rates of up to 1 m³.
Its simple and compact geometries make it adaptable to the most diverse situations and can guarantee the efficiency and consumption of a dense phase conveying even where tight spaces do not allow the installation of different systems.
With minimum overall dimensions, and thanks to an operating pressure always below 2 bar, the GOLGASOR conveyor does not fall under the pressure tanks subject to certification required by the PED directive.
The simple and effective feeding system guarantees a low price and extraordinary ease of use.
The GGS conveyor is used with conventional conveying methods, in which the line is emptied after each loading. The low speed preserves product quality and good pipe conditions. The use of a reduced amount of air results in considerable energy savings.
AVAILABLE IN VERSIONS:
- Carbon steel
- AISI 304 or AISI 316
- HT up to 200°
- ATEX 22
