AIS Direct Discharge Vibratory Screeners

AIS Direct Discharge
Vibratory Screeners

AIS and AISD direct discharge vibratory screeners are designed to perform in-line control screening of powdered or granular products, ensuring high efficiency and continuous process flow.
Thanks to the central feed aligned with the discharge hopper, the material passes through the screen with a smooth and consistent flow, minimizing vertical footprint and ensuring higher throughput compared to traditional screening systems.

The vibration system is generated by one or two opposed side-mounted motors installed at 180°, imparting a three-dimensional motion—horizontal, vertical, and circular—to the product.
This movement ensures precise and uniform separation while maintaining high capacity, even when processing fine powders or high-density materials. Motor inclination and counterweight adjustment allow vibration intensity to be tailored to the characteristics of the processed material.

Manufactured from high-quality steels (AISI 304, AISI 316, or painted carbon steel), AIS and AISD vibratory screeners offer robustness, hygienic design, and long service life.
Upon request, mirror-polished versions are available for food or pharmaceutical applications, in compliance with FDA and ATEX regulations.

The AIS and AISD range includes models with diameters from Ø400 mm to Ø1800 mm, customizable in terms of throughput, product type, and surface finish.
Thanks to their versatility and compact design, they are widely used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics, metallurgical, and recycling industries.

ARS Centrifugal Screener

ARS Centrifugal
Screener

The ARS centrifugal screener is a high-efficiency separation system designed for continuous screening and quality control of dry powder products or bulk materials.
By exploiting centrifugal force, it ensures precise particle separation, high throughput, and dust-free operation, all within a compact, enclosed, and hygienic design.

Designed for easy integration into both new and existing process lines, the ARS centrifugal screener is widely used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and recycling industries, where fine, consistent, and clean screening is required with the highest level of reliability.

Operating Principle

The material to be processed is fed into the screener body via a screw conveyor or dosing system and conveyed into the screening chamber, where a high-speed rotating paddle pushes the product against the inner surface of the cylindrical screen.

The centrifugal force projects the material onto the screening surface:

  • fine particles pass through the mesh and are conveyed to the main outlet as acceptable product;
  • coarse particles or agglomerates are diverted to a secondary discharge, ensuring precise and continuous separation.

Main Technical Features

  • Fully enclosed, dust-tight structure, ideal for processes requiring high hygienic standards.
  • Manufactured from high-quality materials (AISI 304, AISI 316 stainless steel or carbon steel), with optional mirror-polished finish for food and pharmaceutical applications.
  • Quick disassembly and easy access for cleaning and product changeover, without the need for tools.

ATS Tumbling Screener

ATS Tumbling
Screener

The ATS tumbling screener is a high-efficiency screening machine designed for the classification and dedusting of dry materials, powders, or granular products, including very fine or lightweight materials.
Thanks to its three-dimensional oscillating motion—similar to manual sieving—it guarantees separation efficiency of up to 99% and higher throughput compared to traditional vibratory systems, with the same screening surface.

Operating Principle

The nutating motion is generated by an asynchronous motor with belt transmission, which imparts an eccentric displacement combined with radial and tangential inclination to the screening deck.

This three-dimensional motion causes the material to move in a spiral pattern across the screen mesh, sliding rather than bouncing as occurs in vibratory screeners. As a result:

  • product residence time on the screening surface is increased;
  • separation accuracy is improved;
  • breakage of fragile or delicate particles is reduced;
  • significantly higher hourly throughput is achieved.

The result is a gentle yet extremely efficient screening process, ideal for “difficult” products or materials sensitive to vibration, such as flours, mineral powders, metal powders, and food or pharmaceutical products.

Construction Features

  • Adjustable three-dimensional motion (variable amplitude and speed to suit the processed material);
  • Modular structure with 1 to 4 stacked screening decks;
  • Automatic screen cleaning systems using bouncing balls, sliders, or ultrasonic devices to prevent clogging and maintain consistent productivity;
  • Product-contact parts available in AISI 304, AISI 316 stainless steel, or painted carbon steel, depending on the application and industry;
  • Fully enclosed, dust-tight cover ensuring safe and dust-free operation.

Operational Advantages

  • Higher separation efficiency, even with fine mesh sizes;
  • No product damage thanks to a gentle and controlled screening process;
  • Low maintenance requirements and long component service life;
  • Suitable for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, metallurgical, and manufacturing production lines;
  • Multi-stage configuration for separating multiple particle size fractions in a single process cycle.

Conclusion

The ATS tumblig screener represents the ideal solution for companies requiring high performance, precise separation, and gentle processing, with a strong focus on final product quality and operational continuity.
Thanks to its three-dimensional motion and robust construction, it is one of the most versatile, reliable, and quiet screening systems available on the market today.

Booster

A booster is a device designed to make the passage of bulk materials inside a pipe homogenous when they are pneumatically conveyed. Designed for dense phase pneumatic conveying applications, it can also be used as an aid on dilute phase conveying lines and on silo loading lines when loaded by tanker.

The boosters are installed on the material conveyor line and are fed by a parallel air line controlled by a dedicated pneumatic panel.

Air is introduced into the booster through a supply manifold. When the air pressure in the transport line is lower than the air pressure in the manifold, it will flow through the booster unit into the conveying line.
Once the pressure inside the conveying line has risen, the non-return valve in the booster closes, preventing air from passing into the conveying line.

MODEL

Made of polyamide, it consists of two interconnected parts. The booster body that functions to all intents and purposes as a non-return valve and the flow regulator that, thanks to a micrometric screw, allows precise adjustment.

Bart-one lines use dense phase conveying technology for bulk material handling.
The conveyors are designed to operate at low speed in order to preserve product quality and the good condition of the pipes. The use of a reduced amount of air results in energy savings.
The pneumatic control panel and electronic control panel with dedicated software and colour touch screen offer the possibility of customising the conveyor to suit your needs. Bart and Bart-One conveyors are suitable for short to medium length transports, available in capacities from 50 to 900 litres. They are versatile, quiet, and easy to install, and use pipe-emptying or total cleaning transport technology.
