APS Direct Discharge
Vibratory Screeners

APS direct discharge vibratory screeners are designed to perform in-line control screening of powdered or granular products, ensuring high efficiency and continuous process operation.
The direct discharge configuration allows the material to pass through the screen with a smooth and constant flow, minimizing vertical footprint and guaranteeing high throughput compared to traditional screening systems.

APS vibratory screeners are specifically designed and manufactured for integration into pneumatic conveying systems, both in suction and pressure modes. They operate as safety screeners either upstream or downstream of product transfer, ensuring processed material quality and protecting downstream equipment, while maintaining continuous process flow.
The machine structure is engineered to withstand the pressure and vacuum conditions typical of industrial pneumatic conveying circuits.

The vibration system is generated by a side-mounted motor positioned at 180° relative to the inlet, imparting a two-dimensional horizontal and vertical motion to the product.
This movement ensures precise and uniform separation while maintaining high capacity, even when handling fine powders or high-density materials conveyed pneumatically. Counterweight adjustment allows vibration intensity to be tailored to the material characteristics and the operating conditions of the pneumatic conveying system.

Manufactured from high-quality steels (AISI 304, AISI 316 stainless steel, or painted carbon steel), APS vibratory screeners ensure robustness, hygienic design, and long service life.
Upon request, mirror-polished versions are available for food or pharmaceutical applications, compliant with FDA and ATEX regulations, as well as dedicated configurations for installation on closed pneumatic conveying lines.

The machines are equipped with reinforced screen support rings, specifically designed to withstand the pressure and vacuum conditions of pneumatic conveying, ensuring accurate, consistent, and reliable separation over time.

The APS range includes models with diameters from Ø400 mm to Ø1800 mm, customizable according to throughput, product type, and surface finish.
Thanks to their design optimized for pneumatic conveying, robust construction, and high operational reliability, APS vibratory screeners are widely used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics, metallurgical, and recycling industries.
