ACS Circular
Vibratory Screeners

The ACS series of circular vibratory screeners is designed for high-precision industrial screening applications, proving effective both in the processing of fine powders and granular materials and in the separation of liquids and dense slurries.

At the core of the system is a double counterweight vibrating motor, capable of generating a three-dimensional motion—horizontal, vertical, and tangential—allowing fast, reliable separation that can be easily adjusted according to the characteristics of the processed material.

Manufactured using high-quality steels (also available in versions compliant with FDA food-grade regulations), ACS vibratory screeners are designed to simplify disassembly, cleaning, and maintenance operations, thereby reducing plant downtime.
The modular configuration allows up to five separation stages, with mesh sizes ranging from 30 mm down to 25 µm, covering a wide range of applications and production capacities.

The ability to adjust vibration amplitude and direction, combined with the integration of automatic cleaning systems—such as bouncing balls, ultrasonic devices, rotating brushes, and sliders—ensures consistent performance even under demanding operating conditions or when handling difficult products.

Thanks to their modular design and compliance with ATEX and FDA regulations, ACS vibratory screeners are widely used across numerous industrial sectors, including food, pharmaceutical, plastics, chemical, metallurgical, and recycling industries.

In summary, ACS vibratory screeners combine separation accuracy, mechanical robustness, and application flexibility, representing a complete and reliable solution for the most demanding classification and quality control processes.
