Woods and pellets
The need to transport ground wood, in pellet and sawdust form and other materials more or less dusty agglomerated in pellet is transversal to many sectors. The production of shaving panels makes provision for the transport of sawdust or shavings which are held with bonding material and then pressed to obtain the finished product.
The need to convey pellets comes during the phase of the boilers power supply or even during the evacuation of waste materials eventually dried and pelletized.
Air-Tec system pellet conveyor systems satisfy these needs with efficiency and reliability. The transport of ground wood, sawdust and pellet is done at low speed in order to preserve the integrity of the product and to avoid pipes wear thereby reducing maintenance costs. These solutions can be used to cover distances of different lengths and use a reduce quantity of air or other gaseous fluid resulting in energy savings.

Ecosystem – manufacturing of fireplaces, pellet heater, hot-water heater and fireplaces with granular and solid fuel. Coal dust pneumatic conveying for 45 meters with a flow rate of 2,3 tons/h.
Frati – wood fine powder pneumatic conveying with a flow rate of 14 tons/h. The system covers a distance of 170 meters.
Saib - raw and faced chipboard panels. The solution conveys wood powder mixed with sand with a flow rate of 3 tons/h and covers a distance of 115 meters.
