Air-Tec system glass conveyor systems apply to the transport of both ground glass and dust from electrofilters which are present in glassworks.
Glass manufacture needs to move silica sand, broken glass in beads or blended, quartz and other raw materials. The high abrasiveness of the products makes it necessary to use an efficient method of transport able to carry the wear of the whole system.
The developed technology by Air-Tec system satisfy these needs. It also enables the transport of glass in different forms for long distances. It conserves all the product mixes, using a very low speed and specific iron curves to avoid wear to the pipes.
The fumes from glassworks must be measured, and there is a need to transport dusts from filters and electrofilters. Air-Tec system solutions efficiently convey the dust inside a closed system until destination with the use of a reduced quantity of compressed air or other gaseous fluids.

Saint Gobain, Verallia – French manufacturer of glass packaging. Different solutions for pneumatic transport of mixed powders with a flow rate of 3 tons/h and a line length from 150 to 240 meters.
