The transport of bulk cement, sand and raw materials presents one of the greatest challenges to the building industry. Concrete plants can occupy very small or large spaces. To deal with these problems, it is important to make good use of available spaces, to facilitate design and reduce the costs of the whole process.
Air-Tec system offers innovative solutions to support building companies to achieve these targets. Dense phase conveying system of cement, sand and raw materials solves the problems of space and layout; it can move large amounts of material (over 100 ton/h) for very short or very long distances, over 500 meters, including vertical lines.
Cement conveying systems, designed for outdoor installation, differ in ease of setting, flexibility of application and compactness. They allow to optimize both design and maintenance costs, thanks to the use of a very low speed that also reduces the wear of the pipes during the transport of abrasive products such as sand.
Air-Tec system vessels, in combination with a weighing hopper, are able to weigh both bulk and pre-mixed cement.
