Air-Tec system solutions are able to efficiently convey cement, lime, gypsum, limestone and others raw materials extracted from the ground. Plants can cover long distances (up to 600 meters) with a high flow rate (more of 100 Ton/h). The system performs these requirements with low air consumption and with a reduction of power consumption by 1 kw pertonne in order to reduce maintenance costs.
Air-Tec system technology allows to use more than one vessels, but with only one pipeline. In this condition the system can work continuously.
LOFTORKA, company based in Island, has installed Air-Tec system's TPA in the port of Acureyri. The solution allows to convey cement from the boat to the big container and then to the silos at 120 mt distance.
