The most important requirement are to avoid, in the plastic industry, the streamers ( angel hair ). The angel hairs are produced from high velocity and thede systems are unable to prevent degradation. With AIR-TEC new system we avoid completely the angel hair phenomenon using Full-PipeLine low speed, and working a lower speed we have a lower wear on the piping and on the elbow.

Plastic powders, Polymers and Resin benefit from the features of low convey and there are many installations using TPA equipments for a rate of 30 Ton/h. Our BART systems are applied for smaller applications for powder or Pellet transfer and distribution to process feeding bins.

LEVISSIMA-NESTLE’ GROUP company use our TPA equipments to convey PET in pellets for a distance of 300 mt.
